The best use I found for the Blur Perfector is using it as a brow gel to keep my brows in place. I blotted it all over with my fingers I noticed fine lines that I never really notice. Next, I used it over my makeup - as a setting powder. Next, I tried it under my makeup (concealer and powder) - that was a poor decision. On the first few days of testing, I used on this on my bare skin - it made my skin feel good and soft and somewhat evened out my skin tone. Luckily, it goes on clear there's no color pay off. I was a little worried at first since my skin is more yellow-toned. I found this annoying - how am I supposed to store and travel with the sponge while protecting it? The balm is slightly sticky but silky at the same time - the sponge left cloth partials/lint in the balm - I also found this annoying and decided just to apply it with my fingers. The sponge doesn't fit in the compact, nor is there storage space for the sponge. The perfector comes with a cloth/velour sponge. The compact feels sturdy and snaps together nicely.

I do it so as I do not want to run the risk of breaking out due to clogged pores with silicone. Whenever I use this primer, I feel like just using a makeup wipe or washing my face isn’t enough, and it’s only when I clean my skin with Clarisonic, does it really feel that I got this primer out of my pores. It is not bothersome and fades away after a short while. One con I should mention here is that even though this is labelled as non-comedogenic meaning it will not block facial pores, you should take extra care and be thorough while cleaning your face. My skin stayed flawless looking my foundation did not settle into pores and did not crack over my fine lines. It did not stick or accentuate the dryness of my skin and I feel that foundation when applied over it just glides effortlessly. This primer did improve the wear time of my makeup. This primer sat very comfortably on my dry skin even without a moisturizer underneath. At most, I did see a little bit of glow, but that was it. About the radiance imparting claim, I did not notice much of that.
